Demonstrated track record of success as a Sales Manager in the Financial Services Industry.



  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the investment, insurance and/or financial planning arena.

  • Minimum of 2 years financial services sales management experience, including recruiting and developing advisors.

  • Series 7, Life & Health License, Series 24 (must be obtained within first 3 months).

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and documented pattern of success.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Adherence to all compliance regulations and directives.

  • Commitment to a financial planning philosophy and superior client service.


 


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


Provide leadership to the division thereby ensuring growth in sales, number of financial advisors, new client acquisition, assets under management and advisor productivity.



  • Target, recruit, select and license new advisors.

  • Provide professional development and leadership to advisors, district supervisors, district managers and staff.

  • Increase sales volume.

  • Increase number of new clients and assets under management (AUM).

  • Handle/oversee administration, operations and project management of branch office(s).

  • Conduct business planning process and review.

  • Implement compliance practices in accordance with FINRA and corporate supervisory procedures.

  • Support and execute corporate initiatives as defined by company management.
