Demonstrated track record of success as a Sales Manager in the Financial Services Industry.
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the investment, insurance and/or financial planning arena.
Minimum of 2 years financial services sales management experience, including recruiting and developing advisors.
Series 7, Life & Health License, Series 24 (must be obtained within first 3 months).
Demonstrated leadership skills and documented pattern of success.
Effective communication skills.
Adherence to all compliance regulations and directives.
Commitment to a financial planning philosophy and superior client service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to the division thereby ensuring growth in sales, number of financial advisors, new client acquisition, assets under management and advisor productivity.
Target, recruit, select and license new advisors.
Provide professional development and leadership to advisors, district supervisors, district managers and staff.
Increase sales volume.
Increase number of new clients and assets under management (AUM).
Handle/oversee administration, operations and project management of branch office(s).
Conduct business planning process and review.
Implement compliance practices in accordance with FINRA and corporate supervisory procedures.
Support and execute corporate initiatives as defined by company management.
