Marketing Contract Analyst
The Marketing Contract Analyst position provides internal contractual support to the Global Marketing division. The individual will review agency estimates and is responsible for the timely and accurate submission of purchase requisitions. This person will also work closely with internal Marketing clients, Global Sourcing, Accounts Payable and Finance to provide process solutions and enhancements. Work deliverables (purchase order submissions) have high visibility and could reach executive management for approvals.
Responsibilities: * Manage queue of purchase requisition requests to ensure timely and accurate processing of requisitions. * Review of external agency estimates for completeness and accuracy and follow up as required with internal Marketing program managers to obtain revised estimates, along with certain key data required to open purchase orders. * Data entry of purchase requisition details in the purchasing system (Oracle iProcurement) and invoice lookup in the 170 MarkView invoice repository and approval system. * Thorough review of financial details of agency project estimates and program information. * Follow-up on exceptions, which includes investigating discrepancies on purchase requisitions, POs, and invoices. * Build effective partnerships with internal Marketing clients, Global Sourcing, Accounts Payable and Finance to collaboratively provide process solutions to internal Marketing clients. * Quickly get up to speed on the complex procurement and signature authority policies to be able to guide Marketing clients with their procurement processes. Act as the Subject Matter Expert for financial processes as it relates to marketing programs (requisition, PO, check request, P-card transaction, invoice research, signature authority) to assist the internal Marketing client teams in achieving their program goals.
