Work with production to facilitate marketing collateral estimates and scheduling, updating as needed.

Communicate creative feedback between the creative team and merchandising teams.

Coordinate with the database team to ensure timely delivery of mail files.

Communicate marketing collateral schedule via -stores web- monthly posting. Update as needed.

Organize response analyses of marketing collateral.

Public Advertising - Responsibilities include:

Schedule turn in meetings.

Input ads in media tracking system.

Organize accurate paperwork (such as styling sheets).

Place ads in publications/online venues.

Obtain product samples in house prior to photo shoot, etc.

Special Projects - Responsibilities include:

Competitive tracking

Departmental, store and merchant projects
