Description: Position Summary/Purpose:
The Analyst position is responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting client data in order to measure attainment of sales targets and other key metrics, thereby assisting in client retention. This position will be responsible for the development, upkeep and distribution of both qualitative and quantitative reporting. The analyst will identify trends, create models to predict future performance and manage ongoing competitive analyses. The analyst will also contribute to overall CCS client solution improvements, conduct research on retail markets and targeted industries, and assist in developing best practices for the production, distribution and presentation of client
Scope of Job and Collaboration:
. Receives minimal direction from manager in performing the job . Receives direction from CCS' account team for the client project . Works collaboratively within the marketing department, particularly with the analysis functional area
Required Experience: Business Knowledge, Skills, and Desired Attributes:
. Outstanding strategic, analytical and organizational capabilities . Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel . Expert Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables, Vlookup, multi-tab referencing, charting and graphing . Experience with SQL database interface and running SQL queries . Detail-oriented, with an eye for accuracy and quality . Excellent oral and written communication skills . Well-organized, with a focus on meeting deadlines . Familiarity with CRM software and statistical analysis tools such as Minitab . Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects
Hiring Requirements: . Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably with a field marketing agency . Proficient with Microsoft office (particularly Excel and Access), web-based reporting and database analysis tools . Pharma experience a plus
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
