Merchandise Coordinator- Accessories
The Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for meeting and exceeding wholesale district plans and recruiting, developing, and training Brand Managers in the Michael Kors shop-in-shop environments. The Merchandise Coordinator conducts sales and visual seminars to educate retail partners, maintains visual merchandising standards, and develops strong communication and relationships with retail partners to achieve sales results.
- Meet sales goals by working with Regional Manager, corporate office, and/or retail partners on a consistent basis to identify and communicate ideas and opportunities to drive sales, for the territory
- Analyze available sales reports to determine the needs of the and set business strategies
- Communicate opportunities, including, but not limited to strategies to drive sales, events, stock needs, and product
- Ensure individual sales goals are set for Brand Manager(s); manage results to ensure peak performance
- Develop clear, consistent, and organized methods of communication with corporate office
- Implement and maintain all visual merchandising standards as directed in the Visual Merchandising guideline
- Ensure that the shop-in-shop and/or the selling floor is neat, clean, organized, and reflects the correct visual standard at all times
