Position Overview/Description
Contact customers via telephone to collect office equipment data for input into billing software. These contacts are existing Lewan customers, not cold calls or sales calls. Reports to the VP of Operations.
Essential Responsibilities
Make monthly calls to customers with Lewan imaging equipment contracts. Request customer to provide current meter reading from the office equipment. Enter meter reads into software for billing. Greet customers in a friendly manner over the phone. Assist customer over the phone if they need help locating the meter reading. Heavy customer phone contact. Coordinate support for customers if they mention that they are having service problems. Complete various projects that may include data entry, scheduling appointments, other meter collection, projects in MS Word and Excel, etc. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel) required Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven Customer Service phone skills with heavy customer contact preferred Dispatch, Call Center and/or Call Management experience preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accurary Highly motivated and reliable self-starter Strong time management and ability to multi-task Strong problem solving skills Ability to type 30 WPM minimum
Physical/Environmental Factors
Ability to work a 40 hour per week schedule Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime as needed Ability to sit for long periods of time
