Mgr Project Management 2
Candidate will coordinate all efforts of projects through frequent contact with internal and external customer representatives at various levels concerning operations or scheduling of specific phases of the project or contract. Candidate will conduct briefings and participate in technical meetings for internal and external representatives concerning specific operations. Candidate will be capable of ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Basic Qualifications: Candidate shall have ten (10) years direct experience in aircraft maintenance repair, inspection, and modification. Of the ten years experience in aircraft maintenance, five years shall have been in a supervisory positions that included responsibility for assigning program workloads as well as duties for entire shifts. Candidate must be fmailiar with Northrop Grumman policies and Procedures. Candidate must be familiar with all USN operating procedures per the 4790.2 series. Candidate must be willing to travel. Candidate must be able to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate shall have five (5) years experience in the operations of
E-2C/ and C-2 aircraft . The preferred candidate shall have five (5) years of supervisor or managerial responsibilities relating to customer liaison, aircraft maintenance, schedules, aircraft modification, employee training, certification, performance, and time keeping.
