Description
The National Sales Executive (NSE) has overall accountability for strategically targeting and acquiring large Enterprise/National opportunities. The NSE is responsible for successfully meeting and exceeding sales objectives of a $1 million quota focused on opportunities of $100K or greater.
Major/Key Accountabilities
ˇ Deliver profitable new business revenue growth at or above $1 Million annually. ˇ Exceed assigned quotas by consistently driving high level of sales activity "hunting" resulting in proposals and closed net new business inEnterpriselevel accounts. ˇ Conducts consultative sales presentations with potential C-Level customers to communicate the complete range of Company's product lines. (Director, VP,CIO, CFO) ˇ Utilize and follow the Sales Express methodology including the timely and properCRMadministration in NetSuite. ˇ Responsible for making complex sales across multiple service lines. ˇ Penetrating existing customers for cross-sell opportunities ˇ Overseeing negotiation process and ensuring pricing, profitability, operation, contract, and onboarding requirements are achieved. ˇ Grows, manages, and maintains a balanced pipeline at 3 times annual quota ˇ Collaborate with marketing to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and service offerings. Match programs to client requirements, and close additional business for defined programs. ˇ Meeting all KPI/Activity, timely RFP responses, and administrative requirements as outlined by management. ˇ Year over Year Revenue growth ˇ Annual Quota - $1 million ˇ Pipeline - Minimum $3 million with greater than 10 opportunities/clients
Qualifications
ˇ BS/BA degree required preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field ˇ Experience in strategic service solutions selling - (5 years in similar role, 2 years with National level book of business) ˇ Proven track record of success acquiring and growing national accounts; from generating sales leads to closing and managing high volume relationships. ˇ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in computer skills and MS Office tools.
