Network Development Manager - Dallas, TX
The Network Development Manager is responsible for the long-term development of the Dealer Network for the ChryslerSouthwest Business Center Region. The selected candidate will identify investors and real estate for new dealers' in open markets to support the growth of the Dealer Network by strategically placing dealerships in growing markets yet maintain the health of the current dealers market share and profitability. Providing planning and guidance to dealers on Dealer Standards, external identity and internal branding will also be expected. Additional responsibilities include analyzing franchise documentation to ensure all required documents provided are complete and accurate, as well as summarizing franchise activity details and present to manager.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing • A minimum of 5 years experience in franchise network aspect of the auto industry, retail dealer operations and dealer financials • Understand franchise law and terminology, lease/purchase sales agreements and realty functions • Proven skills to analyze dealer representation marketplace • Interact with dealers on performance of; profitability, sales and dealer standards • Creatively think to build the network, develop sound network market proposals, strong dealer negotiation abilities and follow through to execution • Strong leadership and communications skills (written and verbal) • Detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skill set • Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Willingness to relocate
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing • Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 (Access and Visio) • Advance knowledge of Network Dealer Development requirements • Proven ability to deliver required Network Dealer plans
