Position Description and Responsibilities
OFFICE COORDINATOR- (Part-Time)
Critical Mass is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Office Coordinator to join our team on a part time basis.
Responsibilities: ? Back-up reception coverage when needed (lunch break and after hours) ? Setting up desks for new employees ? Organizing and maintaining boardrooms ? Organizing and maintaining kitchens ? Sorting and distribution of mail and couriers ? Ordering and maintaining office supplies ? Assisting with corporate and client events ? Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Manager
Required Skills
Required Skills: ? Exceptional interpersonal skills, both in person and on the telephone ? Excellent computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, etc. ? Commitment to customer service and a ?can-do? attitude ? Strong organizational and time management skills and an eye for detail ? Previous experience in an office environment will be considered an asset
Please note that the hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 1pm until 6pm
