Operations Analyst III
Kforce is searching nationwide for an Operations Analyst. This position is based in Rochester, MN. Relocation assistance is offered. The selected Operations Analyst will lead and facilitate the quality and training processes within the coding operations work group.
Main Duties: * Supervise and mentor 16 staff members in regards to quality and training activities * Lead effective meetings and work-groups to facilitate and negotiate issues with work group and institutional impact * Coordinate the design, development, testing, implementation, training, and maintenance of quality and training programs with the work group * Analyze and interpret data to initiate and facilitate implementation of process improvement to the quality, training, and procedures within the Revenue Cycle * Analyze, design, and re-design processes; workflow; and systems to ensure quality, effectiveness, and efficiency as well as identify resource impact and manage the implementation cycle * Specify and acquire resources for project completion * Keep customers informed on quality and training activities
