As a Team Lead you are responsible for providing on the job support to operational employees; assisting associates by answering questions and escalating any concerns according to established policies and procedures; monitoring daily workflow and providing feedback to immediate supervisor identifying any areas of improvement; conducting quality check tracking; reviewing accounts that are outside of the threshold and reviewing prior to the final closure; participating in the activities associated with a variety of departmental projects.
All applicants must meet the minimum qualifications to be considered for the position:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree in business administration, communication, or related field preferred.
Experience Minimum nine months progressive experience of collection, Healthcare or customer service experience required. Candidates must successfully meet the requirements of the specific project or position and obtain an acceptable score on job-related assessments.
Other Basic knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, and Excel required Based on department FDCPA certification may be required May be required to undergo and pass applicable background checks
