Job Duties: - Manage the development of HR process maps and frameworks that support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment including HR processes/operations - Manage the process for evaluating jobs - Manage the process for preparing job descriptions and profiles that are legally defensible and that may include job responsibilities and tasks, accountabilities, and competency definitions and matrices - Manage the development of staffing, competency and life-event models using prescribed tools relating to HR performance and employment or clients - Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change - Manage engagements to identify operating gaps in performance and develop business cases that position high-yield opportunities for improvement - Prepare comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and leadership - Manage the design, development and implementation of organizational change and workforce transition strategies and plans - Manage identification of required leadership/stakeholder attributes and articulate the importance of leadership in an effective change process - Perform M&A due diligence relating to business and HR operations, processes, programs, leadership, and employee capability - Select, formulate or modify processes associated with staffing and talent management systems and processes for clients Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the TMT industry and consulting in a team-oriented environment in corporate operations, management and/or human resources-related fields - Minimum of 5 years experience leading project teams on relevant organization strategy engagements - Bachelor's Degree - Ability to travel at least 80%
Relevant Business & Technical Skills: - MBA/Master's Degree preferred - Prior Big 4 or other professional services experience preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience growing client relationships and making significant contributions to business development initiatives - Strong knowledge base in organization assessment and alignment, decision responsibilities, organizational design, job design and transition management
