The Opportunity
Gallup is looking for an Organizational Structure Specialist to join our team at the Omaha riverfront campus. Gallup's Organizational Structure Specialists work with external clients and consultants at Gallup to develop reporting structures using the clients' employee and customer data. These professionals understand the clients' company and organizational structure. Utilizing this knowledge, along with their analytical talents, these problem solvers use a spreadsheet program to create the best reporting structures. They apply insightful data from these structures to give feedback to the client and Gallup consultants, while also running quality assurance tests to ensure accurate and beneficial deliverables.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, preferably related to business, and expertise in Microsoft® Excel®.
