If you say "YES, yes I am!" here is what Freeman AV is looking for: We are seeking apart time Digital Signs Specialistwho will be the lead technical expert for on-site/remote setups and daily maintenance for our Digital Signage and Social Media Products. You will also Manage and revise pre-designed templates for the Digital Signage product. * Supports the technical aspect that is involved with digital signs setup on show site. * Interacts with customers and account executives as necessary to determine needs and recommended solution. * Provides IT Specialist support on site. * Sets up IP addresses and has a good understanding of networking. * Assists with design and implementation and providing basic technical support on show site and remotely. * Develops the system with the National Director of Digital Services, Product Development Manager, and clients to remain ahead of the competition. * Coordinates with IT Specialists responsible for shows. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Maintain rental computer equipment with both software and hardware upgrades as needed and approved. * QA all incoming and outgoing equipment to verify all accessories are packed to complete the equipment. * Consult with Digital Services Operations Manager on equipment needed to support traveling IT Specialist. * Responsible for keeping the Digital Services area of the warehouse organized with large amounts of equipment incoming and outgoing on a daily basis. * Work with Digital Services Operations Manager in the ongoing evaluation of the development of Digital Services at Freeman. * Provide desktop support functions, to internal customers, which include desktop build, problem identification, analysis and resolution, and desktop application installations and upgrades as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned. Now that you know what the position requires, do you have the background?Required Experience * A minimum of two years experience in a computer support position * Must have one or more of the following certifications, A+, Net+, MCP or demonstrated qualifying experience. * Some basic experience in graphic design is a must. * Knowledge of Adobe Suite * Knowledge of Office Suite * Intermediate skills for Windows networking and general understanding of hardware configuration Preferred Expereince: * A degree in a related field
