To excel in this role, youmustbe looking for a “lifestyle job.” As a part-time position, compensation is based on a generous hourly rate.
This is aunique positionin which you willperform(as opposed todirect) the HR functions for many organizations. You will become the internal HR business partner for our diverse client base, which spans a variety of industries.

What you can expect:
You are a W2 employee with our company, supporting various organizations as an HR Generalist / Manager. Your role will vary from being the sole HR person for a small organization to supplementing a larger organization with HR support in a specific function.

You must be able to adapt to all client cultures, build successful and collaborative relationships, and understand each of your clients’ specific needs. You will have the opportunity to use your creativity in applying core HR principles in a variety of ways.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include: * Providing both strategic and tactical counseling and guidance on a wide variety of HR matters * Performing hands-on payroll and benefits administration functions * Managing employee relations matters at all levels within a company * Overseeing performance management processes and providing customized solutions to clients in administering their performance management process * Hiring management – assisting your client companies with their hiring needs by sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and guiding them through a best-practices approach to hiring * HR project work - performing HR audits, creating / revising employee handbooks, conducting trainings using unique and customized materials, content, and presentations – just to name a few! ** Please note: This role does not include any type of sales activities. ** Qualifications:
Requirements to be considered: * · A formal HR education consisting of a degree or certification is absolutely required * · 5+ years varied and diverse HR experience at an advanced, independent level (Director, Manager, or Senior-level Generalist) * · Confident with strong communication skills to communicate and help direct and support CFO/CEO level clients * · Ability to seamlessly take on various roles when moving from client to client * · Ability to customize products & services based on client needs * · Immensely focused on customer service * · Lives the "human” in human resources * · Must be willing to travel on day trips (no overnight) throughout Eastern PA, NJ, and NY. PLEASE NOTE: Cannot consider those with their own consulting companies.
The majority of your position is conducted in our Allentown offices or can be combined with working out of your home office; however, you will conduct client meetings and provide some on-site services as needed in the PA, NJ and NY areas. Travel to client sites will occur approximately once or twice per week on average, and is within driving distance or a form of public transportation.
