We are seeking aPayroll Assistantlocated in Dulles, VA.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an administrative position responsible for processing new hire paperwork. This individual will process a significant amount of employee paperwork, including but not limited to:
• Print paperwork from the new hire portal • Send benefit reminder emails to employees • Follow-up on missing paperwork with the clients and with employees • Create new hire folders • If an existing employee completes paperwork on the new hire portal, distribute the paperwork to the proper payroll team member • Handles questions and requests regarding all employee new hire paperwork.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 1-3 years of experience in an office environment with a proven record of time management, records management, and general administrative assignments in payroll. • Good verbal and written communication skills required. • Demonstrated problem-solving ability. • Detail oriented a must. • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database software required.
