- Supervise, motivate and develop assigned Performance Assessment Liaison employees, ensuring the needs of the client are exceeded through quality performance - Provide a single point of contact for Performance Assessment Liaisonâ?Ts with questions relating to their position and/or processing of calls - Provide basic support on technical problems, including PC and e-mail-related issues determining if the issue is within the employeeâ?Ts scope of responsibility - Oversee the activities of assigned PAL employees by ensuring a quality-oriented environment reflecting the West values
Schedule: 40 hrs/week, 8am-5pm, Sat or Sun may be required Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
Education High school diploma or GED required Additional post secondary courses taken in business administration or related field from an accredited college preferred
Experience Minimum of one year customer service or teleservices experience required, preferrably in a call center environment supporting multiple clients Minimum one year lead or supervisory experience preferred
