This position is for the KC-10 Program located in Oklahoma City. This position reports to the Director, Business Management. The candidate must be an experienced financial analysis/program control expert. Primary focus consists of: Quarterly EAC, budget variances, workday forecasts as well as assist with Treasury forecast and cash flow forecast. Candidate will set up cost control systems, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system. Perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled. Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks. Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.



Basic Qualifications: Advanced level of Excel and strong working knowledge of SAP. Develops advanced concepts, techniques, and standards. Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories. Demonstrates skill and ability to analyze and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Able to communicate effectively at the highest levels. Viewed as expert in field within the corporation. Proven ability in working on EACs, budget variances, workday forecasts, treasury and cash flow forecasts. Be able to perform tasks with minimum direction and supervision.
