Our client engagements include major loyalty programs for some of the world’s most recognized brands . . . and we now have an exciting opportunity for Project Management Office (PMO) Supervisor.
This position guides and supports project teams in ensuring that deliverables and dates are met and that processes and tools are used appropriately by the team(s).
Responsibilities include:
• Partner with Account Director/Portfolio leader and functional managers to manage project pipeline and review portfolio resource capacity for current and potential projects • Work with functional managers to assign project resources and re-level resources between projects based on portfolio priority. • Act as business analyst on select projects by partnering with client, project team and management to elicit, analyze, translate, communicate and validate the scope and schedule • Drives the requirements and design phase of assigned projects and documents the result for client sign off • Create high level /phase Level schedules and estimates for larger,complex projects and provide schedule creation guidance and expertise on less complex projects • Drive cross project status meetings and other best practices as appropriate to enable on-time delivery of all projects within the portfolio • Provide project management process and tool support and guidance to all levels of Client Services Managers • Collaborate with client services leaders to hire, train and develop the client services management resources within the portfolio • Provide work direction and guidance to Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts and email specialist resources within the account
Qualifications:
• 8+ years project management and/or business analyst experience • 5+ years client contact experience • Supervisory experience • Experienced user of MS Project • Experience with MS Office and Visio • Experience in use of various tools and techniques associated with business requirements definition and design • Knowledge of marketing principles and common digital solutions • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Demonstrated communication skills and focused, calm demeanor • Strong relationship-management skills • Ability to address and resolve conflict while preserving key relationships • Agency experience is strongly preferred • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, computer science, information systems or a related field
