Summary

Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Vice Presidents, the Financial Manager and the Director of Business Operations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Minimum Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience
The qualifications for the position include U.S citizenship, a bachelors degree in engineering, science or marketing and a minimum of 20 years of experience in leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Executive management experience with emphasis in the area of security systems in the defense/security markets, marketing, contract pricing and negotiations is required. A high degree of integrity, proven organizational results, the ability to conceptualize and articulate the strategy and positioning of the company, strong leadership skills and effective delegation and decision making capabilities are also desirable characteristics. In addition, the successful candidate will have experience in:

.Strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management as defined by the U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (along with supplemental HFARS and DFARS). Experience in the Small Business Administration 8(a) contracting environment.
.Developing and executing capture strategies. Successful candidate would have successfully led at least one major (>$100M) U.S. federal capture.
.Formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
.Developing financial plans and manage resources. Candidate should have developed long range business plans within the defense and security industry.
.Analyzing and interpreting financial data.
.Working with legislative staff and key members of Congress.
.Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
.Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.

Computer Skills
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.
Must successfully complete SBA 912 process.
