Pricing Manager - Solar Our company is a leader in high-concentrated, photovoltaic manufacturing, and has been working the past 20 years to perfect our systems and we have become one of the top companies in our market, in the world. We have set ourselves up to experience exponential growth of next several years, resulting in achieving leading position and success in the market. Our company just closed a large financing round with top-of-the-line financial & strategic investors. The successful candidate will offer support towards the corporate sales function & development through the ownership of maintenance & development of pricing transactions, finance models, and the support of the use of analytic & modeling tools for our company. Our next manager of pricing will have the responsibility of using, developing, and maintaining project finance models. He or she must also have the ability to direct & own all parts listed below, in a hands-on manner that will provide leadership in modeling & pricing functions. Job Duties & Requirements: ?Create models that accurately depict the economics of systems within a company that are financed under several different structures, which may include leasing & partnership structures that are common within the renewable energy industry, along with development of other models that include: maintenance & operation, joint venture, power production, budgetary, & other models that the company may need. ?Maintain & own each project finance model & create standards for the models. ?Using both external & internal resources, provide advice & research proper accounting & tax treatment of structures. ?Review modeling & pricing run by other employees, and give approval of final transaction modeling. Background: ?At least ten years of experience & an MBA is preferred ?Ten or more years experience in after-tax modeling, which should include a thorough understanding of at least one of ABC, Excel, & Advantage for Analysts ?Experience recently with the modeling of partnership transactions and/or renewable energy leasing Personal Attributes: ?Must be a hard worked, highly motivated, ambitious, and have the abilities needed to work within a fast-paced atmosphere. He or she with share the same vision of the rest of the senior management team; to build a top-tier, global solar business.
