OPPORTUNITY: As ourProduct Manageryou will haveownership of theworldwide demand forecastand willlead the OEM product/labeling team. You will manage thebirth to death life cycles of products, lead cross-functional teams, and be accountable for pricing, product positioning, forecasting andcompetitive intelligence.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this exciting role is critical to product success. You will regularly interact with our customer base to determine that needs are defined and expectations are met. Ourcustomers include hospitals, labs, wellness programs, and companies that conduct health promotions. You will regularly attend tradeshows andinteract effectively and diplomaticallywith the regulatory, compliance and sales departments.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Lead OEM product/labeling teamand influencecross-functional teams without formal authority. * Define product strategy and roadmap. * Develop and implement sales and training toolsthat align with product line strategies. * Develop and maintain marketing documentation(MRD?s) for the product development process (PDP). * Identify potential compliance situationsand work proactively and productively with quality department to remedy. * Become expert in competitive intelligence. * Establish pricing strategiesand maintain the pricing grid for channel partners.
SUCCESS FACTORS: * Minimum 2 years experience as a Product Manageror Product Marketing Manager/Director. * Minimum 5 years experience in Software sales/marketing. * Demonstratedsuccess defining and launching exceptional products. * Medical device experience nt of care device experience preferred. Medical tradeshow experience preferred. * Bachelor?s degree in marketing or business preferred. Some Science background (pharmacy, chemistry, biology) preferred. * Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills. * Technical backgroundwith experience in software and data management ? proficient in Microsoft Suite and MS Project/Gantt charts. * Adaptable team player,able to wear many hats. * Internally drivenwithdesire to succeed! * Must provide an example of at least one effective product launch.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Polymer Technology Systems, Inc. will reward your talents with asalary of $70k to $80kcommensurate with experience.
