Butter by Nadia is seeking a Production Manager for their Studio in Red Hook, Brooklyn to oversee ALL ASPECTS of sourcing and production. The position is full-time and requires the following:
*Please note that this job requires a driver's license for making trips to and from the factory (in Brooklyn)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Organize, maintain, and oversee all aspects of fabric, samples and production.
Act as a liaison between designer, pattern maker, sample maker, cutter, manufacturer, and vendors.
Set, manage, and maintain production calendar for timely seasonal deliveries.
Place fabric and cut orders to insure that inventory meets demand.
Oversee in-house seamstress and organize/maintain inventory of raw and finished goods, patterns, fabrics, inspiration materials, trims and samples.
Source fabric and trim and assure accuracy of fabric, pattern, cut, finished product and product labeling for delivery.
