PROFESSIONAL BILLING COMPLIANCE MANAGER-CORPORATE COMPLIANCE-SFTE-1.00FTE-80HRS/PP-1ST SHIFT-FROEDTE
Job Summary: The Professional Billing Compliance Manager reports directly to the Executive Director of Corporate Compliance and Internal Audit and is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Program for Froedtert Health. The Manager will develop, implement, and oversee the program's standing operating procedures making sure we are compliant to the regulations and guidelines that govern professional billing.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management or a healthcare related field; or an Associate Degree in health care or related field and one of the following certifications: Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT); Certified Professional Coder (CPC); Certified Coding Specialist (CCS-P) is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in professional billing, billing compliance, Health Information management - Coding, or a related health care area. Minimum of 3 year’s previous supervisory experience required. Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.
