SUMMARY
*Set-up and maintenance of customer pricing and customer performance award system, minimal vendor receivable collections.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Include all the following. Other duties may be assigned.
*Set-up and maintain local customer's pricing structure.
*Daily review of pricing issues; interaction and assistance with MA's.
*Set-up item lists, order guides and maintain distribution lists in ROBOT.
*Perform monthly audits for both Dallas and West Texas customers, and maintain audit schedule spreadsheets (this includes preparing all paperwork and item spreadsheet for each audit).
*Set-up and maintain contracts, price deviations, and bill backs from local sources and also SPIN (online contract system) for both Dallas and West Texas.
QUALIFICATIONS
*To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
