Title: Program Manager Location: Maryland-Aberdeen
Key Role: Provide direct onsite technical engineering support to a government customer in support of a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Advanced Technology Objective (ATO). Develop schedules for the ATO spanning a team of government staff and multiple contractors. Integrate the efforts of the team into coordinated and consistent deliverables. Provide DoD acquisition and project management support for preparing and updating various deliverables, including briefings and responses to data calls. Assist with the generation of material for program reviews and other briefing slides and keep them current and available for use. Support customer presentations and resolve technical issues. This position is located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Basic Qualifications: -3 years of experience with computer networking -3 years of experience with project management -Experience with defining and managing schedules, risks, and budgets -BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or EE -Active TS/SCI clearance
Additional Qualifications: -Knowledge of CNO techniques -Ability to be a self-starter, capable of working on own initiative, reliable, and capable of working as part of a team -Possession of excellent technical writing skills, including capturing complex ideas and concepts in technical reports and documents -MS degree preferred
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
