This position provides Program Manager support, as part of a team, with The Defense Readiness Reporting System - Navy (DRRS-N) Program at Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) in Norfolk, VA. Some of the duties and responsibilities of the team are: * Coordinate and communicate CNIC activities associated with the development and management of DRRS-N. * Develop and manage program time-lines, project plans, and support all efforts of the DRRS-N Working Group and Advisory Board. * Coordinate and communicate program activities with the DRRS-N IT contractor, Commander, Fleet Forces Command (USFFC), Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and all enterprises outside of CNIC involved in readiness reporting. Support to the Program Office will be comprised of 2 major components (POA&M Management and Readiness Analysis). Required Skills
* Candidates must possess the requisite skills and experience to perform the taskings in the Statement of Work. * Experience applying business process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies/principles and business process modernization projects. Applies, as appropriate, activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis, and modern business methods and performance of measurement techniques. Develops and applies organization-wide information models for use in designing and building integrated, shared software and database management systems. * Experience leading high level strategic initiatives * Requires a bachelor’s degree and eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance.
