PROGRAM MASTER SCHEDULER - FOR THE AIRBUS PROGRAM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare, develop, maintain and manage an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives and ensure milestones are met
Work with all departments to ensure that program tasks are integrated into the IMS
Compile and prepare performance metrics and reports; present IMS schedule status to internal staff and external customers
Utilize Earned Value Management Systems and other project management techniques to track program progress
Conduct risk analysis and use results to forecast problems and recommend corrective action plans
Assist in evaluating program schedule requirements
Reports to our Director, Programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 5+ years experience planning and tracking complex product development Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that include hardware and software requirements
Must have experience managing Integrated Master Schedules on the Programs side, not the Production side.
Must possess expert level knowledge (8+ years experience) of Microsoft Project
5+ years experience with Earned Value Management Systems required
5+ years experience in the development and maintenance of program performance metrics required
Experience with schedule risk analysis tools and the use of risk analysis data to predict program performance
Must have the ability to lead large teams in the development of complex IMS
Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication and time- management skills required
Airborne product development experience is a plus
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field required; Masters degree or PMP Certification preferred
