PROGRAM MASTER SCHEDULER - FOR THE AIRBUS PROGRAM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, develop, maintain and manage an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives and ensure milestones are met


• Work with all departments to ensure that program tasks are integrated into the IMS


• Compile and prepare performance metrics and reports; present IMS schedule status to internal staff and external customers


• Utilize Earned Value Management Systems and other project management techniques to track program progress


• Conduct risk analysis and use results to forecast problems and recommend corrective action plans


• Assist in evaluating program schedule requirements


• Reports to our Director, Programs. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must have 5+ years experience planning and tracking complex product development Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that include hardware and software requirements


• Must have experience managing Integrated Master Schedules on the Programs side, not the Production side. 


• Must possess expert level knowledge (8+ years experience) of Microsoft Project


• 5+ years experience with Earned Value Management Systems required


• 5+ years experience in the development and maintenance of program performance metrics required


• Experience with schedule risk analysis tools and the use of risk analysis data to predict program performance


• Must have the ability to lead large teams in the development of complex IMS


• Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication and time- management skills required


• Airborne product development experience is a plus


• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field required; Masters degree or PMP Certification preferred
