TeleTech is looking for a well organized, high energy individual to assist our Chairman/CEO on strategic projects, initiatives and organizational development processes. Our Project Coordinator will work closely with the CEO to help carry out significant leadership responsibilities and corporate goals. Our Project Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement systems, projects and organization processes to ensure that all follow-up work that emerges from frequent meetings the CEO is involved with is carried out in a timely way
- Develop detailed work plans, assess project risk factors and suggest alternatives to mitigate or eliminate possible risk within an assigned project
- Conduct project status meetings and report project status weekly
- Ensure that project team is tracking time to specific
- Meet with TeleTech leadership and company executives to understand and track their progress on key initiatives
- Travel globally with the CEO and participate in meeting with clients, prospective clients, investment banks, analysts and employees at all levels of the business
- Assist the CEO in preparing for Board of Directors meetings, and in preparing for his frequent meetings with key leaders to include speech writing and other communications
- Follow disciplined project management standards for new projects and ongoing support to TeleTech's executive leadership.
- Provide personalized project support for critical, large and troubled projects
- Develop and maintain the Project Roadmap taking into consideration resource skills and utilization from all teams across functions and globally
- Innovate and improve the project management methodology as well as the project delivery best practices including processes, tools and techniques of each
Job Specifications - The successful candidate will ideally have an MBA (top of class) from a top tier school, strong organizational, computer, strategic and creative skills and be comfortable working with senior executives. We seek an ambitious individual with a voracious appetite for hard work and accelerated learning for this strategic role in our business. This candidate must possess superb interpersonal and communications skills and see the value of this unique opportunity to work extremely closely with one of the most successful entrepreneurs in business today.
- Bachelor's degree in Business required, MBA highly preferred
- Knowledge of corporate finance and of the capital markets
- A minimum of 3-5 years prior work experience in a project management/coordination role working closely with global executives
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple smaller projects simultaneously that are 2-3 months in duration
- Candidate must be working towards Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PMP certification highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Implementation, software development, and process improvement project experience preferred
- Successful candidate will demonstrate strong command of corporate finance in support of the strategic and innovation projects
- Preparation for Board of Director's meetings along with meetings with investment banks is preferred
