Job description Responsible for managing multiple client-facing implementation projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet client satisfaction. Responsibilities * Collaborate with Sales team on the pre-sales activities for clients of interactive Milliman Care Guidelines products. * Develop and maintain comprehensive project plan. * Manage the delivery, installation, upgrade and support of Milliman Care Guidelines products. * Employ standard project management methodology to guide all projects in a consistent, organized and reliable manner * Define, plan and implement the tasks and deliverables required for the successful implementation of Milliman Care Guidelines products including resource determinations, schedules, budgets, and project implementation plans * Establish and update plans with actuals and forecasts and manage deviations from the plan * Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented including all obstacles and delays * Interact with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and goals, and identify and facilitate resolution of issues * Escalate decisions and any unresolved issues * Effectively communicate project expectations to internal and external project team members in a timely and clear fashion * Facilitate large group meetings via WebEx to include project teams from the client, their vendor, and Milliman * Facilitate necessary resources and support of Milliman Care Guidelines project team including Sales, Client Services, Training, Technical Support, Software Engineering and Delivery, Account Management and Product Management * Transition relationships and client interactions post-implementation to the Account Management team in a seamless and organized manner * Elicit feedback from the client relating to the project implementation, competency of users and satisfaction with the product during and immediately post-implementation * Convey feedback to Milliman Care Guidelines stakeholders in support of continuous quality improvement of Sales, Client Services, Training, Technical Support, IT (Development and Operations), Account Management and Product Development Experience * Two (2) progressive years managing client-facing projects * Health care experience required * Management of projects involving Web applications required * Skilled in usage of MS Project and MS Office * Experience with SalesForce and SharePoint desirable * Goal orientation and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined * Demonstrable skills in project planning, organizing, communication, team motivation and delegation * Travel required - approximate travel commitment 25% Education * PMI or accredited University project management certification a plus; Bachelor's degree preferred Interviewing Manager(s):Director of Project Management and Technical Services If you are interested in this position, please contact: Stefon Ricard, Human Resources 719 Second Avenue, Suite #300 - Seattle, WA 98104 Fax: or E-Mail: ard@
