Job Description : *Lead the planning, development, and execution of online marketing strategies to support the company's business priorities, marketing objectives, and sales goals. *Manage creative execution for all online marketing campaigns, including design, layout, product positioning, and ad copy & ensures message consistency throughout new campaigns and promotions. *Develop and manage e-mail marketing campaigns, SEO and SEM efforts for company website(s) and products. *Deliver reports on results of e-mail campaigns, SEO, SEM and other marketing programs. *Analyze key business metrics, including user behavioral patterns, traffic & distribution trends, plus other KPIs and make recommendations to improve performance. *Collaborate with Online Marketing Team to identify emerging media opportunities as well as strategize tactics to gain market share within existing channels. *Educate internal teams and advocates best practices and new industry trends and opportunities for increased online branding and online sales. Serve as liaison role for PT-BNA rBU to provide solutions for internet and e-commerce requirements. Job Requirements : *Required Bachelors Degree in Marketing, e-Business, Communication, Liberal Arts or related business field or 8 years related experience *Preferred MBA, MS- communication or related fields *General Marketing Experience preferably with product manufacturer, service provider, or CPG *High aptitude for technology & strong knowledge of e-business, technology solutions, online marketing practices, plus a vision of the opportunities developing in the digital world *Proven experience in online marketing space: executing e-mail marketing campaigns, search engine marketing campaigns, banner ads, promotion development *Experience in project management; project team lead and project team support *Strong analytical skills & ability to turn data analysis into business impacting actions, utilizing key data and analysis applications like Omniture, Google Analytics and/or others *Experience in consulting or agency role highly preferable *Travel # 5 - 10%
