The Project Manager has a very clear mission and vision to manage, communicate, delegate and monitor all aspects of a project and/or design. The Project Manager is the internal support person and liaison between Salesperson/Client and all internal departments – Sales, Customer Service, Creative Services, Procurement and Manufacturing. This person communicates with the appropriate resources to ensure client and company goals are met as it relates to all aspects of the finished product which includes but is not limited to design, estimating, purchasing, receiving, fabrications, quality, finishing, shipping and invoicing.
Requirements:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all projects from idea generation to manufacturing, printing and delivery.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Process sales and/or design specifications in order to obtain a design and or estimate.
Work with the Creative Team to insure proper design and execution of projects.
Identify and oversee the requisition all required materials in order to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction in terms of a quality finished product, at the agreed upon cost and delivered per the promised scheduled delivery.
Utilize appropriate resources and personnel to create and distribute manufacturing work orders; review work orders to ensure they contain specific, pertinent, detailed information as it relates to the specific project, its completion and delivery time.
Communicate production progress to all appropriate individuals/clients/personnel; monitor production processes for communication purposes.
Communicate any fulfillment, shipping and or logistics requirements.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; report progress of project to all stakeholders.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
Initiate and maintain communication channels with clients, vendors and all other departments as required per project; provide project updates on a regular basis.
Verify project costing in relation to the project’s estimated costs; make adjustments as needed.
Review and validate billing for all projects.
Evaluate and assess project results; provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement.
Keep work area clean and well organized. Maintain, organize and update records.
Personify a “team attitude” and provide support to others as needed.

3+ years direct work experiences in project management in a high end corrugated packaging and display manufacturing company.
Must have knowledge of graphic arts, lithographic printing, pre-press and fabrication.
Technically competent in Microsoft Office package; able to utilize Outlook to manage work and timelines.
