For immediate consideration please contact Leslie Morgan Job Description: Manage and lead key program initiatives for a Technology Education Organization, best positioned to make a significant impact for Co. business and for information storage and management industry. As a Program Manager, this skilled worker will be driving following key initiatives: - Expand and enhance Education Services Catalogs to support the evolution of Co's partner business engagement model - Gather audience requirements and engage portfolio management team resources to turn the documented requirements into high quality deliverables. - Plan and roll-out the enhanced catalogs to appropriate audiences, leveraging variety of communication platforms and vehicles such as websites, collaterals, and social networks. Refer to separate job descriptions for additional details on tasks and responsibilities. Education/ Experience Required or Desired: - Working with or as a business/ IT Consultant - Writing IT industry publications, magazine articles, columns, etc. - Project and/or Program Management - Adobe InDesign, Quark Express, or similar publication tool - Bachelor's Degree in creative writing, technology minor is a plus. Requisition Justification: This additional skilled worker will provide the resource bandwidth required for the creation and rollout of the Education Services Catalog for Alliance Partners in the given timeframe. Creation of the catalog requires prioritization and organization of training and certification components, in addition to the creative messaging required to generate the education demands. A dedicated resource is required to drive the focus and the cross-functional taskforce to meet the expected time to market. Skills: - Strong interest in following IT trends, opinions, blogs, published through social and formal media outlets. - Ability to interface and communicate with both business and technology professionals. - Creative writing and communication skills - Rapid prototyping - content layout, design, and reviewing abilities - Strong task management and tracking skills.
This position is located in Franklin - the expectation is that the assignment will be on-site in Franklin. Over time there may be some partial remote possibilities but candidates should expect to be on-site.
Candidates that move to in-person interviews are asked if possible to provide some writing samples and or project deliverables to demonstrate writing skills.
