Position Summary: The role of Project Manager is to scope, define, manage and lead the implementation of software and website development projects from business initiation through to production launch and post-launch assessment.
Principal Responsibilities: Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders as well as technical management, QA personnel, programming leads, developers and designers. Own the project implementation and is responsible for delivering a quality end product, on time, meeting stakeholder expectations. Involved in hands-on fashion, including but not limited to the writing of functional specifications, the preparation of detailed project schedules, the training of end users and support staff, the preparation of test plans and managing the cross functional team. Gathers requirements resulting in functional specification documents which may include site maps, wire frames, user scenario flow or use cases and other business logic documentation. Drives accountability to meeting project deadlines by all participants in the software development process.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree (Computer Science or Engineering preferred), Masters degree preferred 4+ years project management experience in the implementation of web-based or software business solutions
