Job Description The Project Manager will be either working internally to our business, client facing or working in a seconded environment to a client supporting the delivery of projects or programmes.
- Monitor budgets and report status periodically
- Identify and monitor risks
- Review and monitor programmes; report progress periodically
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining external project management documentation and systems
- Assist in coordinating meetings, setting agendas, attending and minuting meetings
- Exercising independent judgment related to day-to-day administration of projects
- Assist in developing and maintaining client facing Project
- Draft Monthly Project Reviews for the Project Manager
- Assist in producing bids and tenders
- Assists in providing a quality and value added service to our clients Candidate Specification The idea candidate will need to have basic Project Management experience across a range of disciplines, contract/procurement routes and, ideally, market sectors.
- Experience of assisting in the management of project teams to successful outcomes
- Good client and stakeholder relationship building skills
- Effective communication with clients, project team and business manager Commercially aware
- Basic / Good knowledge of planning and other aspects of project controls.
- A degree in a related technical or management subject.
- Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of qualification
