Property Manager
Echota Technologies Corporation is seeking a Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager (2 positions) that will be responsible for complete and overall management and oversight for the full contract management including maintenance, custodial, and security within the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judicial Building. The Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager will regularly interface both verbally and in writing with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Technical Representative as well as Tenants, Tenant Representatives, Property Management staff, construction professionals, and other vendors. Filling this position will be contingent on contract award in 3/2012.
Essential Skills:
.Delegation/assign project to contractors or engineering staff as needed; .Coordinate and schedule projects and requests in accordance to customer requirements; .Ensure all contract and sub-contract employees adhere to TMFJB rule and regulations; .Ensure timely billing of routine and project work; .Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and project tracking software; .Ability to maintain effective relationship with tenants, customer contract managers, and operating staff; .Ability to plan, organize and meet project deadlines; .Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize work, as required; .Excellent written and verbal communication skills; .Must be available to work flexible hours.
Minimum Education/Experience Required:
.Possess a BOMA, IFMA, or Facility Management certification; .Associates Degree in construction related field, or equivalent experience required; .Completed post secondary training in facilities management and supervision; .5 years experience directing work similar in scope to the TMFJB.
