Summary: Maintains historical proposal and project data bases and project contact listings. Uses WinAward and MAP ROI or other software application programs designated for tracking and development of proposal responses under the direction and in support of assigned proposal managers. Responsible for the timely coordination and delivery of a proposal to a customer or agency in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation, or as directed.

.Maintains repository of plans and programs for use in proposal development. Plans will be maintained up-to-date and accurate at all times. .Must become expert in the use of GovWin and Privia for the tracking and development of proposals. .Responsible for obtaining and/or developing, consolidating, coordinating, and segregating and documenting plans, programs, policies and procedures to be used in the development of proposal response to solicitations.
.Enforces production schedules and deadlines set by the Proposal Manager. .Prepares work packages for production, creates specific direction for work to be performed and completed, and produces final proposals. .Controls and manages the flow of word processing and graphics work packages. .Provides limited graphics support using available software tools. .Enforces document formats, standards and styles for text and graphics production prescribed by the Proposal Manager. .Responsible for proof reading all work that production staff is assigned and will perform editing/writing tasks assigned by the Proposal Manager regarding proposal production .Schedules, interfaces, and specifies work to be performed by outside vendors, such as photo labs, reprographics, binding, and shipping. .Responsible for and performs final layout and paste-up on completed documents. .Supervises electronic file management, version control, and assignment of pathways, graphic control numbers and page footers for storage and retrieval of material. Organizes and creates database associated with the proposal effort. .Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays. .Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Supervision: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

Education and/or Experience:
.Minimum A.A. in graphic arts, journalism, communications, or related field. . 2-5 years' related experience or a combination of education and experience commensurate to meet the position requirements. .Must have experience working on large, complex government proposal documents, preferably as a member of a centralized publications group or center. .Effective oral and written communication skills. .Excellent interpersonal skills. .Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
Computer Skills:
.Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment. .Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Word, Excel, Project. Familiarity with Photoshop, Freehand or Illustrator, In Design, Adobe Aftereffects, Kai's, and Power Tools a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:
.U.S. Citizenship .Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license. .Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
