Job Description : Provide analytical support for Purchasing including processing, consolidating, analyzing and interpreting data and KPIs. Act as IT systems expert through support, project work and implementing purchasing processes. Provide trend analysis and creation of decision proposals for management (BV). Coordinate business planning process within purchasing. Provide budget consolidation including budget planning, personnel capacity, consulting and support to work out alternatives and decisions. Help develop purchasing plans and programs to be implemented in accordance with corporate policies and objectives. Perform project management tasks for IT projects to develop and rollout systems and tools for the dept, plant, or business unit. Represent department in projects working with CI. Prepare reports/analyses for management as requested. Job Requirements : 1. Bachelors in supply chain, IT, or related business field 2. 1 to 2 years experience in financial/accounting; preferably in automotive parts supply business 3. Knowledge of internal systems and support functions 4. Excellent computer skills including experience with SAP 5. Excellent documentation and organizational skills 6. Excellent diagnostic, technical analysis and problem solving skills 7. Strong verbal and written communication skills 8. Strong analytical skills
