QA Product Technician
1. Prioritize/Review PPS submitted by vendors/regional QA Offices for compliance w/spec & report results to Development/Regional QA Teams. 2. Investigate all reports of non-conforming material from DC's for severity and extent. Request samples /information needed identified DC issses 3. Monitor items placed on QA HOLD at DCs for prompt disposition according to managment directions 4. Maintains records, logs, files, and physical inventory of samples, finished products, and raw materials. 5. Investigate product quality issues as identified by management, vendors, field inspectors, DC, retail and warranty sources 6. Assist in review, documentation and revision of departmental processes, procedures and systems 7. Assist in training new dept employees and product auditors. 8. Performs these and other duties as assigned.
