Summary Support implementation and operation of ISO 9001 standard for Quality Management Systems. Facilitate Quality System improvements through training and coaching of staff personnel. Successfully implement and execute the Quality Control Plan, including the collection and analysis of specified metrics for all contract performance areas. Develop and maintain internal audit schedules to cover all processes. Analyze reports of enterprise metrics and other data and prepare inputs to management reviews. Lead investigations to resolve non-conformities by performing root cause analysis. Develop and maintain a continuous improvement process. Assist with technical writing and updates of work instructions and other Quality Control documentation. Ensure effective operation of the PIC Action Tracking System, including the posting of QC actions and generation of standard and ad hoc reports.

* Collaborate with and support the Support Services/Quality Manager for ISO 9001 in achieving continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. * Provide expertise in analysis of Enterprise Metrics and customer satisfaction measures to determine and coordinate implementation of quality system improvements. * Review system documentation for compliance with ISO9000 and Corporate requirements. * Audit documents, processes, and conduct analysis for technical inputs for management reviews. * Implement and execute the Quality Control Plan, including the collection and analysis of specified metrics for all contract performance areas. * Lead process improvements including coordination of corrective actions and preventative actions. * Train and assist the contract team members in the application of six sigma (or similar) techniques for determining system improvements. * Conduct research & prepare reports of recommendations. * Travel to US or International Ports may be required (up to 25%).

Education and/or Experience A Bachelor's degree in a Quality, Technical, and/or Management field from an accredited a college or university required. Master's degree is preferred. Combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Must be fully qualified with at least five years of experience working in the Quality Control field. Should have experience working with QC information management systems as well as familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support Plans and Practices, contract administration and acquisition programs. Should have knowledge of metric applications and analysis. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer Skills * Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint at intermediate level. * Microsoft Project experience desired
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance: * US citizenship required. * Will be required to pass a CBP Background Investigation (BI) * Program Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired
