Quality Assurance Manager NeuroRestorative/Kentucky Paducah, Kentucky Founded in 1977 NeuroRestorative was the first dedicated after-hospital rehabilitation program in the country for persons with acquired brain injures and has continued as a leader for more than thirty years. Position Summary: Currently NeuroRestorative Kentucky has an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager . We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide leadership and support of quality services for a state or for specific service lines or regions within a state. Manages the statewide systems to execute the Network quality improvement and risk management programs and business plans. Supports operations in complying with all applicable internal and external standards. Key Responsibilities:
Develops and oversees monitoring systems to measure State's compliance with network standards, contractual obligations, State and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
Oversees integrity, maintenance and utilization of licensing database for the State.
Reviews licensing surveys and any plans of corrections. Monitors progress of corrections made.
Provides staff training in quality improvement and risk
Requirements:
Bachelors degree and five years experience in quality assurance or other related human services field.
Current Valid Kentucky drivers license
Ability to pass drug screen, and background checks.
Ability to travel
