Summary

Provides quality control management, oversight and feedback for the Base Operating Services contract at NAS Fallon, NV, with a workforce of ~300+.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

rsees all quality functions identified in the PWS (with task areas that include facility support of air operations; ground electronics; airfield facilities; passenger terminal and cargo handling; ground support equipement; supply services; bachelor quarters management; facility management; facility investment; refuse collection & recycling; janitorial services; pest control; street sweeping; snow removal; environmental remediation; and base support vehicles & equipment) to ensure effective, efficient, and economical operation of all contract activities.

pects and provides feedback to attain continuous improvement throughout the performance of the contract.
itors and reports monthly metrics to PM & Contracting Officer on the status of quality indicators.

Minimum Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum of four (4) years within the last five (5) years of Quality Control Management experience utilizing formal QC systems/processes in industry and/or business related to Government base operations support (BOS) functions.
Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak fluent English
The QCM will be available on-site within one hour after the Government's request

Computer Skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:
A security clearance of SECRET or better is desirable
