Job Title: Quality Control Manager (QCM)

This position is a proposal requirement; it is not a current c Government Services is currently seekingexpressions of interest fromQuality Control Manager (QCM)level candidates in support of West Sound Boss Contract. The QCM will have the authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in the contract are met. Please review the job description below prior to ase note: This position is contingent upon contract award and funding, anticipated October 1st, 2012.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the Quality Control Manager are not limited to, the following:

· Manages facilities, engineering, maintenance and custodial subcontractor personnel performing maintenance services, and coordinates communication among personnel on assigned projects.
· Performs internal quality audits and inspections, identifies corrective and preventive actions and performs follow-up activities.
· May participate in and assist in external and 2ndparty audits
· Prepares quality plans and procedures for various site locations
· Prepares, coordinates, and documents scheduled and unscheduled employee and subcontractor performance reviews
· Develops key business relationships
· Performs other duties as necessary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants selected for this position may be subject to a U.S. government security investigation and may be required to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Required

· Must have 5 years relevant experience inpreparing and enforcing quality control programs on contracts of similar size and complexity in the past.
· Must have completed U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors and the OSHA 30-hour construction safety class or equivalent within the last five years
· Must be a U.S. Citizen

· Bachelors Degree
