JOB TITLE: Quality Control Manager-Nigeria

Linc Government Services has an immediate opening for a Quality Control Manager in itsAbuja Nigeriaoffice.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Quality Control Manager (QCM) liaises with the client (USAID) and Nigerian Sub Contractor to provide quality control supervision over the maintenance and repair of office, residential and warehouse properties in Abuja. The QCM will effectively communicate with the client to manage performance expectations and effectively communicate with the Nigerian Sub contractor to ensure quality of service. The responsibilities of the QCM include but are not limited to the following:

· Manages facilities, engineering, maintenance and custodial subcontractor personnel performing maintenance services, and coordinates communication among personnel on assigned projects.
· Performs internal quality audits and inspections, identifies corrective and preventive actions and performs follow-up activities.
· May participate in and assist in external and 2ndparty audits
· Prepares quality plans and procedures for various site locations
· Liaison for the corporate offices, projects sites and customer agencies
· Prepares, coordinates, and documents scheduled and unscheduled subcontractor performance reviews
· Assists subcontractor and sites in meeting contract or quality requirements
· Represents the company in its dealings with customers, partners, third parties and the community.
· Develops key business relationships
· Devils and sustain customer interface with existing, new or re-compete programs and contracts. Acts as liaison between client leadership and company management.
· Performs other duties as necessary

Qualifications Required
Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

· Requires experience with 3+ years of facilities maintenance and custodial management background
· Quality Control Related Experience


Qualifications Preferred

· Bachelor Degree
· 7+ years of management in facilities maintenance

· Well organized, hard worker, team player
· Strong analytical experience
· Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills in a fast paced environment
