Position Summary:

Summary:

Responsible for managing the quality
program for assigned client across all sites that support that
client, delivering both the internal and external Quality and
Customer Satisfaction key performance indicators. Responsible for the tactical
execution of the quality program under the direction of the VP of
Quality. Works directly
with the client and various internal departments across the assigned
sites, including the Quality and Operations Managers, to ensure the
delivery of exceptional, enterprise specific quality support and
services to the client.

Responsibilities:

Provide quality analysis, reports and
QBR information for critical account meetings (Client, Business
Director, Training, etc.).
Drive the delivery of all quality action
items in conjunction with the site Quality
Managers
Ensure coverage on all calls hosted by
the client.
Ensure standardization of quality
practices across all sites for assigned client.
Provide status
reports to the client and Stream management as
required.
Implement and manage consistent process
deployment for enterprise specific initiatives which will ensure
consistent performance and drive a continual improvement
process.
Manage the coordination and delivery of
all quality action items in conjunction with site Quality Managers.
Meet regularly with the client to stay
in touch with their current business drivers and initiatives and
review the effectiveness of the Quality Program
Work with Stream’s curriculum
development team to ensure the curriculum is relevant to top
issues/training needs as identified by Quality.
Present quality improvement
recommendations to the client.
Work with the Training organization to
drive a “closed loop process” between the Operations,
Training and Quality Departments to ensure continuous quality
improvements
Monitor both internal and external
quality metrics to ensure that quality goals are achieved across all
product lines in all sites.
Develop and implement processes to
define, measure, and analyze quality performance in order to drive
continuous improvements and reduce defect rates.
Coordinate and manage enterprise wide
quality initiatives to drive consistency in quality focus, processes
and results
Oversee the client’s reporting
requirements and work with site and corporate quality management to
ensure compliance.
Escalate any client quality issues to
Stream management (VP Quality, Business Management, Operations &
Training) as required.
Work with Stream Business Director and
Quality Managers to ensure client quality metrics are
delivered.
Requirements

Requirements:

Skill
in providing an exceptional customer experience, internally and
externally with clients.
Skill
in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address
customer needs and requirements.
Skill
to be proactive and identify ways to avoid being in reactive
mode.
Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices.
Knowledge of PC applications, including MS Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time
critical environment.
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business
needs and processes.
Ability to deploy processes according to SES
standards.
Ability to lead root cause analysis.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
and customers.
Demonstrate ability to create and execute various elements of
an action plan to drive quality performance improvement
Ability to travel on a periodic basis. (Approx.
30%)
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years related
quality and management experience
Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any
of the above.
