Quality Review Specialist
Kforce is searching nationwide for a Quality Review Specialist. This position is based in Rochester, MN. Relocation assistance is offered.
Functions of Quality Review Include: * Administer quality review program by evaluation of staffs' work against quality standards, identification of individual and unit educational needs, and development and delivery of relevant training * Communicate verbally and in written form about the quality of work performed by the individual coder * Review and maintain results, document trends, and interpret performance data to recommend, develop, and deliver education and training programs at all sites * Oversee the development and maintenance of all lines of coding training curriculum * Work closely with technical support staff to maintain work unit databases * Demonstrate your expert job knowledge and apply current billing and coding regulations, policies, and procedures along with effective decision-making and problem solving skills in the outpatient and inpatient coding process * Demonstrate excellent customer service * Contribute to a positive departmental image by exhibiting professionalism, adaptability, teamwork, and mutual respect * Practice continuous improvement * Extensively use computers and be proficient in various administrative software products to support coding activities
