Responsibilities · Derive insights on shopper behavior by analyzing internal data, conducting market/category research on competitive trends. · Drive engagement across different areas within the organization, understanding strategies and initiatives behind projects to create plans addressing the client's goals. · Liaison with the database delivery team and manage data operations to ensure integrity/quality. · Utilize an innovative approach to data analysis/expression on behalf of the client, integrating value added insights within projects. · Create partnership with contacts within the client organization. Develop the ability to respond to current needs while proposing options/solutions to future requests. · Consult with clients in category meetings, initiate discussions on new projects/analyses and introduce appropriate IRI intelligence products. · Work with other team members to share knowledge, offer creative ideas, objective viewpoints and project support. A successful candidate will posses the following Skill Set: · A self starter and eager learner who enjoys working both in groups and independently. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - show initiative beyond the current assignment and drive for success. · Superior interpersonal and communication skills as well as resourceful problem solving in aiding others. · Strong analytical skills and experience with syndicated data. · Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word. · At least 3 years work experience - retail or CPG background desired. · BA or BS degree in marketing preferred.
