Real Estate Sales Manager/Marketing Manager – Leasing
Job Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Sales Manager for Campus Crest, you will generate leads and close sales, as well as hire, train and evaluate the performance of our sales personnel. You will supervise a team of 9-10 community assistants and leasing agents, and you will need to meet all target goals and objectives, particularly rate and occupancy cific responsibilities include:
Working with the Area Sales Manager to develop advertising and sponsorship packages tailored to specific properties and designed to generate revenue in the form of new leases
Assisting with the leasing paperwork process as well as preparing and submitting daily reports
Ensuring that all real estate leasing programs are implemented and monitored as directed by the Area Team
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, our competition and the latest resident profiles of our property
Conducting and preparing accurate monthly competitive market surveys
Delivering leadership in customer service
Upholding company brand standards at your property
Planning and promoting successful lifestyle and prospect generating events that meet prescribed goals and budget
Real Estate Sales Manager/Marketing Manager – Leasing
Requirements:
As a Real Estate Sales Manager for Campus Crest, you must be able to adapt, be detail oriented and focused on results. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital to every area of the Real Estate Sales Manager’s job, as are strong leadership abilities. Specific qualifications include:
4 year degree, preferably a B.S. in Marketing
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to lift 50 pounds (occasional box of marketing materials, t-shirts, etc.)
Experience as a marketing manager and/or property manager are preferred, as is a working knowledge of real-estate software such as Real Page or Yardi
Familiarity with social media resources is a plus
